Jan 26, Dauphin Island A Day in the Life of a Civil War Soldier 251-861-6992. www.dauphinisland.org. Admission charged. Historic Fort Gaines--A Civil War Living History Program provided by the Independent Rifles. They will fire the cannon, camp life, Soldiers drilling and Blacksmithing. 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
